In English they are called “well-married” cookies. They are two cookies which put together with marmalade, honey, jam, creamor just something sweet. When you have a marriage, you make the casadinhos, then roll them in sugar and wrap each one of them nicely, like wedding favors. Then they are called "Bem Casados", a wish for a sweet life together. At a Brazilian wedding reception, the guests arrive at the specified time and stayed until the food is all gone. All exhausted, well fed and happy.
