Children are cute. They can make a delightful addition to any wedding celebration. They can add a lot of joy to a wedding celebration, but they are unpredictable and very important to plan ahead for their needs. And very important, that their patience and control of emotions will not be the same as an adult. That’s why need somebody who will be control them. But there are a lot of advantages to take children into the wedding.

Little children truly love being included in a wedding and take their roles to heart. The children should have a very important role in the wedding, but do not force them. It will be better if you allow them to choose their own roles. But you can offer them throw the rose’s petals before and after you leave the church, for example. Or you can assign several children to lead the cheering when the bride or groom are introduced and when they leave the reception. They might have noise makers, bubbles, bells or special wands.

First at all, if you are planning to include children at your reception include their name on the wedding invitation. You can send a special reception invitation to children.

And keep an area designated for the kids. Decorate a table with a coordinating paper table cloth to avoid damage to the more expensive cloth version. You can place different coloring books or crayons and stickers on the children’s table. Create a colorful and tasty centerpiece with a foam base and some lollipops. Insert the lollipop sticks into the base closely together to create a lollipop “topiary”.

You can include children into different entertainment and dances. They can take part with you. Or invite children to dance. Dedicate a special dance to the kids and dance along. For older children you can allow to make some photos and videos.

And the last make sure that someone takes responsibility for looking after their needs that you can relax, don’t worry and just have fun.
