Spicy sea-cucumber dip
½ a cucumber peeled and diced
4 cloves of garlic, crushed or minced
1 cup sour cream or yoghurt
Fresh dill (gives it a nice green color)
A squeeze of lime
Process all the ingredients and serve chilled.

Get a bunch of round scones from a bakery.
Then add a dollop of clotted cream or whipped cream and top off with a spoonful of blueberry preserve.
For a dozen scones
Gather:
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
5 teaspoons butter
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 cup cream
Dried currants (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar in a bowl.
- Blend in the butter with your fingers.
- Add the currants.
- Pour in the cream with the beaten egg and stir.
- Roll the dough into small balls.
- Flatten them slightly and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
